Cosmetic Company That Allegedly Caused TVXQ’s Disbandment Is Acquitted Of All Charges

Crebeau, the cosmetic company accused of being the cause of TVXQ’s disbandment, has been acquitted.
With SM’s formal objection against JYJ’s exclusive contract suspension injunction already dismissed, it has been found that Crebeau, which SM accused of being the cause of the lawsuit, has been acquitted of all charges.
In July, 2009, three members of the popular idol group TVXQ (Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu) filed an exclusive contract suspension injunction to the Seoul District Courts against SM Entertainment. SM then announced that the trio filed the lawsuit because of the financial temptation that the cosmetic company presented them with.
Crebeau then sued SM of distorting the facts and blaming the company of being the cause of the lawsuit in order to hide the internal problems SM singers face, to avoid the criticism of the fans and to denounce the claims made by JYJ. But when SM was acquitted from these charges, it countersued the cosmetic company for false accusations, defamation and obstruction of business.
It was decided that there was not enough evidence to prove that Crebeau sued SM on false truths.
On the other hand, Woo Eun Mi from ‘Superstar K’ has decided to be sponsored by Crebeau. The cosmetic company sent their prayers for Woo Eun Mi and JYJ’s successful tv appearances.
