Hallyu star Hyunbin and Chinese actress Tangwei have collaborated for new film Late Autumn, and two official posters have been revealed to tease Kpop fans, one even with a steamy kiss scene!
The film Late Autumn, directed by Kim Taeyong (who also brought us films Whispering Corridors 2 and Family Ties ), portrays the meeting of a female prisoner granted three days of special holiday and a money counterfeiter. The film revolves around their sad love story.
Late Autumn premiered in Korea on 1966, and has been remade twice in Korea. In 1972, a Japanese company decided to produce their own version of the film. This latest version starring Hyunbin and Tangwei will be the fourth version of the popular film.
Late Autumn was scheduled to hit the silver screens last November, but has been delayed until it got its finalized schedule on the 17th of February. The film will also participate in the 61st Berlin International Film Festival on February 10 to 20.
