KARA has agreed to return as a group, but they have several demands for DSP Media before continuing with the group.
Currently three members of KARA are in dispute with the media company due to them only being used for profit. They didn’t agree with this as their schedules continued to grow without them giving consent over certain matters. The three members who had requested the contract termination have now come to an agreement that they would like DSP Media to accept as well.
After Han Seungyeon, Jung Nicole, and Kang Jiyoung hire a lawyer to represent them, they’ve put together a set of demands. They’ve requested for a different manager to represent them and do not want the president of DSP Media’s wife returning as such after being released from the hospital. The lawyer stated that she shouldn’t be allowed to manage KARA, but instead receive new management.
The lawyer also revealed that Goo Hara, who had also been in the dispute, has returned to the company after meeting with other KARA members. They had all agreed not to disband but to work things out and settled their legal dispute.
DSP Media gave a response to the demands stating they’re doing their best to resolve the current issues. Yet they see fulfilling some of KARA’s demands as impossible at this point.
